Bits 'N Pieces Puppet Theatre presents their own
musical
adaptation of the original story from the 9th Century T’ang Dynasty.
Pandarella, our heroine, lives with her Mommy Bearest and sister Picki-Picki in a green bamboo forest. Pandarella often walked along the river bank to visit her one true friend, Fansea Fish.
Join Fansea and Panderella as they prepare for the royal ball where Young King Sing hopes to meet the girl of his dreams. It's true love when Young King Sing sees the beautiful Panderella. Singing, dancing and laughing their way across the stage, it's the stroke of the New Year's Gong at midnight that breaks the spell. He's lost his heart to the beautiful Panderella and Young King Sing sets out to find the one who lost her golden slipper.
It's "Panda"-monium on stage as Panderella, Fansea Fish and Young King Sing are accompanied by Pip Squeak the Baby Dragon, Four Panda Cubs, Mommy Bearest, Picki-Picki, Mystic Monkey, CawCaw Bird, and Mousekin in this beloved tale.
